I found this on Connecticut Avenue on my way to the Zoo: "Borf writes letters to your children." Apparently Borf's tagged things all over DC and the country . . . go to http://www.dcist.com/archives/2005/01/10/who_is_borf.php and you'll see he's a pretty interesting character . . .
